We at Schaffner Properties evolved from our parent company, SIPAG (Schaffner Investment Properties AG). From our family’s own investment activities, we developed into an independent real estate service provider specializing in the sale of residential and investment properties, as well as the leasing of commercial assets for third parties.
We guide private clients through the sale of their homes and support corporate and institutional partners in selling or leasing their investment properties.
Our team is led by Julian Schaffner, who holds a MAS in Real Estate Management and a Swiss Federal Diploma in Real Estate Marketing. He is supported by Michaela Schaffner-Centeno, who brings extensive experience in wealth management, and Jil Schaffner, who holds a B.Sc. in International Hospitality Management from the Ecole Hôtelière de Lausanne. Together, we combine real estate expertise, financial insight, and a strong service culture.
OUR HISTORY
Schaffner Primera Liegenschaften AG, specialized in holding commercial and residential properties in Switzerland, was co-founded in 1964 by Florenz Schaffner Senior. It became a family business in 1990, when Florenz Schaffner Senior and his sons acquired 100% of the shares. Later, Beat Schaffner took over the company and its management. As a certified architect ETH SIA, he has been responsible for the structural aspects of the existing properties and their optimization.
Today, the company is managed in its third generation by Jil and Julian Schaffner. Julian Schaffner holds a MAS in Real Estate Management and is a federally certified real estate marketer. He heads the SPL Services department and develops strategies for the family-owned portfolio as well as for the individual assets. Jil Schaffner is responsible for corporate communications, heads HR, and is also active in finance and asset management.
The current portfolio consists of income-producing properties in the areas of light industrial, logistics, retail, and commercial real estate.
Since 2018, Schaffner Primera has additionally offered personalized services in the purchase and sale of investment properties and private homes, catering to owners as well as small family businesses and investors. In 2022, a private-access investor platform was launched exclusively for SPL clients.
